About the Style Show

“For twenty years, people have been faithful in supporting this event,” said OBHC Development Representative Donna Brooks. "We are so grateful for them and all the others that have come along side us to provide for the children and the ministries of OBHC.”

Purpose

The purpose of the back-to-school style show is to create awareness and support for OBHC and children in their care. With the money raised, a special fund is set up to provide the yearly clothing and other basic needs of the children at BCH, Owasso.

At the event, attendees participated in the silent auction and quilt sale starting at 9 a.m. followed by a style show and brunch at 11 a.m. Participants watched children beam with excitement modeling their favorite outfit for school or church on the runway

Through the style shows we are able to provide boys and girls who currently live with us fresh new clothing, new shoes, everything we need to go back to school. And then throughout the year when students come to live with us, they are able to have new clothes, new shoes, new backpacks, so they can be just like any other kid in school.

- Greg McNeece / OBHC President

“Our guests anticipate this event every year, as evidenced by the celebration of 20 years of style. Each year we incorporate new themes, videos and testimonies of alumni and children,” said Brooks.

We hope to see you next year for our 21st Annual Style Show!

Regional Development Coordinator
