Boys Ranch Town FAQ

If you are searching for a safe boys’ home or exploring residential homes for boys, Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children (OBHC) offers a structured, caring environment. Read our frequently asked questions below to learn more about our services.

Boys Ranch Town is a ranch-style campus located in Edmond, Oklahoma. We provide a structured, Christ-centered home where boys can grow in character, develop practical life skills, and deepen their faith. Up to eight boys live in a comfortable home guided by supportive Christian houseparents.

We serve boys ages 6 to 17 from Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas. Our homes for boys are designed for youth who need a stable environment due to family crises, financial struggles, or a lack of adult supervision. To join the program, a child must be willing to accept help and function well in a standard public school setting.

Daily life feels much like a traditional family. The boys share meals, complete daily chores, and tackle their homework together. We encourage our residents to grow through daily devotions, local church involvement, and enriching campus programs like 4-H, animal care, and public school sports.

Our ministry operates as a gift to families going through a tough season. We do not charge any fees for our residential care services.

You can call our Edmond campus staff directly at 405.341.3606 to discuss your specific situation and see if our program is the right fit. Ready to learn more? Fill out an online application.
