Have YOU ever wondered what life is like for houseparents who serve at Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children?

Recently, I caught up with an energetic, genuine and faithful pair of houseparents at Baptist Children’s Home, Owasso- Jason and Jamie McKee. The McKee’s have served OBHC as houseparents for over 10 years, caring for up to eight children in their cottage at a time, in addition to their two biological children, Caleb and Chloe, who have been raised at Baptist Children’s Home, Owasso, since they were born. Their lifestyle as houseparents can sometimes be challenging, but they feel they receive blessing daily from God who called them to their position.

Watch below to see their inspiring story and get to know the “Real Houseparents of OBHC.”
