Organizing a SMALL CHANGE BIG IMPACT campaign is a simple way you can provide practical, educational and spiritual support to young men and women facing an unplanned pregnancy.

Campaign Tips:

Step 1 – Fill out and submit the form below for your church or group.
Step 2 – Receive all promotional materials/baby bottles/speaker to represent Hope Pregnancy Center according to your preference. Print materials and slides are available for download here.
Step 3 – Publicize campaign with promotional resources.
Step 4 – Count and report bottle gift total.
Step 5 – Let us know when your campaign is completed so we can pick up empty bottles after campaign ends and celebrate the impact that you have made!
